Ramesh On `Varsha'

Who wouldn't like RAIN in summer? So "Varsha "releasing this week in this heat should be a welcome flick. Nice to join with Vishnuji again, after the great success of "Aptamitra". The expectations from us will be high and I hope the film lives up to it. He plays a strict (Overstrict?) elder brother who breaks bones of anyone who eyes his 5 younger sisters. I play the lover of one. So you know what to expect-clashes, comedy, songs, more clashes and final truce.

Rockline was a terrific producer and S. Narayan as always is systematic and quick. I saw the film in preview yesterday. I liked the songs, comedy portions a lot. Komal was really funny. My role has shaped up ok too. The comfort levels between Vishnuji and me helped in my performance. His fans will like his role for it has all that you expect of him. All the new girls and, Manya, Anu is impressive. Dass who is on job always on set stuns with his excellent camera work. I think you will find it quite entertaining.
